Welcome to Niazi Tours International! Before you set off on an adventure with us, please take a moment to go through these important terms (don’t worry, we keep it light).

Booking Terms

• Easy Process: Book your trip via our website, and we’ll confirm it within 24 hours. Check your email (or spam folder—sometimes we get stuck there).
• Payments: Secure your spot with a deposit or full payment. We accept all popular payment methods.
• Changes & Modifications: You can modify your trip up to two times. For changes, reach out at 0320 5398306 or info@niazitours.pk.
• Confirmation: Once paid, your booking is confirmed and subject to our cancellation policy.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Non-Refundable: No refunds, but payments can be redeemed for a future trip within one year.
• Cancellation Timeframe:
  • 7+ Days Before Departure: Full redemption.
  • 3–7 Days Before Departure: 30% cancellation fee applies; 70% redeemable.
  • Within 3 Days: No refunds or redemption.

General Terms

• Promotions: Discounts can’t be combined. All promotions have validity, so act fast!
• Data Security: We value your privacy and use encrypted technology to protect your information.
• Changes by Niazi Tours: We reserve the right to alter or cancel itineraries without prior notice.

Niazi Tours is not responsible for losses caused by natural disasters, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept all terms, including those on cancellations and refunds.
