Day 1: The Long Road to Astore

  • Our adventure begins in the middle of the night. We gather our travel family in Islamabad at 1:00 AM. For those coming from other cities, please board at midnight. We will start with a short introduction to the group as we head toward the mountains.
  • This is our longest travel day. We will drive through the green hills of Balakot and reach Naran in the morning for breakfast. If you are feeling energetic, you can try a fun rafting session on the Kunhar River. Afterward, we will take short photo stops at Lulusar Lake and the high Babusar Top.
  • Because we are going all the way to Astore, we will arrive at our hotel quite late in the evening. Please be patient and prepare yourself for a long but scenic day of travel. We will stop for all prayers and encourage everyone to pray together in Jamaat. Dinner and a night stay await us in Astore.

Day 2: Choose Your Adventure | Rama or Rupal Valley

  • We start our day with Fajr prayer and a session for Quranic reminders. After a good breakfast at our hotel in Astore, you have the freedom to choose between two beautiful directions:
  • Option 1: Rama Meadows & Lake. Take a jeep to the lush green Rama Meadows and enjoy a light hike to the hidden Rama Lake, tucked away among the tall trees.
  • Option 2: Rupal Valley & Nanga Parbat. Head toward Rupal to see the mighty face of Nanga Parbat, the world’s ninth-highest mountain. This valley offers a breathtaking view of the "Killer Mountain."
  • Whichever you choose, you will see the incredible power of Allah’s creation. We return to Astore in the evening for dinner and a night stay, keeping our Salah focused throughout the day.

Day 3: Over the Pass to Minimarg | Rainbow Lake

  • After Fajr and our morning Quran session, we take our jeeps toward the hidden valley of Minimarg. The road is scenic and takes us over the famous Burzil Pass. This area is close to the border, so please keep your original ID cards with you at all times for security checks.
  • We will visit the stunning Rainbow Lake and Crystal Lake. These lakes are famous for their clear, colorful water and look like something out of a dream. Tonight is special as we settle into our campsite in Minimarg. You will enjoy dinner under a sky full of stars, a perfect time to reflect on the vastness of the universe.

Day 4: The Vast Deosai Plains

  • Following our morning prayer and teaching session, we jump back into our jeeps and head toward the Deosai Plains, the second-highest plateau in the world.
  • Our main stop is Sheosar Lake, which is shaped like a heart and offers a breathtaking view of the plains. We will also wander through the areas of Kalapani and Barapani, where cold mountain streams flow through the grass. The wide-open space here truly shows the majesty of the Creator.
  • We return to Astore in the evening for dinner and rest, making sure to keep up with all our prayers during the journey.

Day 5: Mountains, Lakes & Maybe Some Rafting

  • After Fajr and breakfast, we say goodbye to Astore and head back toward Naran. We will once again cross the mighty Babusar Top. If you missed the river rafting on the first day, you can try it today at the Kunhar River.
  • We will reach Naran in the evening. After checking into the hotel, you can explore the lively Naran Bazaar to buy gifts or try local street food. We will gather for dinner and our final night stay, encouraging everyone to stay focused on their Salah and the lessons learned so far.

Day 6: Saif-ul-Maluk and the Final Reflections

  • On our last morning, we start with Fajr and a final Quranic reminder session. For those who still want more mountain views, an optional early morning trip to the legendary Saif-ul-Maluk Lake can be arranged.
  • After breakfast at the hotel, we begin our drive back to Islamabad. We will stop at the Kiwai Waterfall and motorway service areas to freshen up and offer our prayers.
  • As we arrive in Islamabad in the evening, we hope you return home with a heart full of peace and a stronger connection to Allah after seeing the wonders of His world.
